Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us at heckthereaper@gmail.com before sending your product back to discuss the issue. If it has been 30 days since receiving your product we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
All refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a refund all items must be in new/unused condition. You will receive your refund once we have received the product back and it has been inspected. Once it has been inspected we will be in touch via email to let you know whether your request has been accepted or denied. If successful your refund will be automatically returned to your method of payment within the next 14 days.
We will exchange any products that have been purchased in the incorrect size providing it is still in as new condition. You are required to cover the postage for this exchange.
We are happy to replace any defective items if that situation occurs.
